Do you ever wonder why you behave the way you do, or how your patterns of behaviour are triggered?

It has become a well known fact that the way we behave and our thought processes, are built from a catalogue of events that we have experienced throughout our life span.

Sometimes through specific events like trauma, bereavement, violent situations etc. our perception and emotions can become distorted and we experience conflict in our thought processes.

It's in these situations that people need to understand their responses and behaviours, that may be interfering in their personal life.

As a psychodynamic counsellor using a person centred approach, I work with clients using phone counselling throughout u.k. or if prefered, face to face counselling is available in Flintshire and surrounding areas.
